This typical Tuscan pasta is made with egg, "00" wheat flour & durum wheat semolina. The width of the pasta si 18mm which is thicker than a tagliatelle. This is traditionally prepared with tasty mushroom-based sauces or wild boar ragu.

Simply drop still frozen pasta in a boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cooking tips: Perfect with a ragu bolognese or other meat sauces
