The soft-wheat flour type "00", eggs & durum-wheat semolina blended pasta dough is filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese, black truffles, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese & Grana Padano cheese filling.

Simply drop frozen pasta in salted boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.

Cooking Tip: Melt some butter, lightly salted and sprinkled with grated Parmeggiano Reggiano
