The Fk2 knives are designed to be tough, sharp and functional. Made from German X50CrMoV15 stainless steel alloy hardened and tempered to HRC56, it's hard for edge retention and tough for edge durability. It has an innovative adjustable counterweight. The shape is dynamic and ergonomic with texture grips strongly to resist hand slip. Ultra flexible scalloped blade for cutting thick slices of bacon, ham or salmon.
