Q:Can I check out without making an account?

You can still place your order as a ‘Guest’. All order-related communications will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

We strongly recommend to create an account for faster transactions and tracking of your order history.

Q:How do I place an order?
A:
  • Select an item and proceed by clicking ‘Add to Cart’
  • Review the items by clicking the ‘shopping bag’ icon.
  • Go to checkout.
  • Complete the shipping options and select your payment method then click ‘Place Order’

You will receive an email as confirmation of your order. You may use your Order reference number to track your orders.

Q:How to change or cancel an order?

Q:Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?

No, for security purposes please make sure to use your own credit card upon placing an order.

Q:Can you do cash on delivery?

We only deliver the order after full payment. Cash on delivery option is not available.

Q:How can I change my payment details?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your payment details once the order is confirmed. Instead, you can cancel your order and create a new order with the correct payment details.

Your authorized representative can receive the item on your behalf. He must present an authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID.

We try to deliver to almost all parts of the Philippines though there are remote locations that are considered unserviceable by couriers.

Q:Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
A:

Metro Manila: No deliveries/pickups on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Provincial: Subject to third-party logistics delivery schedule.

Q:Do you do international delivery?
A:
No. We only deliver within the Philippines.
Q:How do I track my order?

You can log-in and check your order history to check the status of your order. You can also use your tracking number and use the ‘Track My Order’ function to quickly check the status of your order without logging in to your account.

Items may be returned for a similar or a higher value item if proven delivered faulty or damaged before delivery. Once items are signed and received at delivery, they are considered in good condition and cannot be returned.
