Purchase of Products
The customer agrees to the guidelines, rules, and privacy policy of Bacchus International, Inc. in line with purchasing products. The company reserves the right to revise its guidelines, rules, and privacy policy under its discretion.
Eligibility to Purchase
By purchasing our products, the customer authorizes Bacchus International, Inc. to perform credit checks if necessary, to transmit or obtain information from third parties; including credit card number and credit card reports, to validate credit card, and to authenticate identity. Selling of wines, spirits, and liquors are prohibited to minors.
Price
Prices are displayed in www.bacchusepicerie.com are the final price, inclusive of all national and local taxes. All prices will be in (PHP), Philippine’s local currency. If dealing with foreign entities, foreign conversion rate will be subjected to Bacchus International, Inc.’s exchange rate.
Payment
Payment can be made through credit cards verified by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Diner’s Club International. Other payment options include debit cards, over-the-counter payments and GCash. All additional charges made by the customer’s issuing bank are not included in the final amount.
Return And Refund Policy
Items may be returned for a similar or a higher value item if proven delivered faulty or damaged before delivery. Once items are signed and received at delivery, they are considered in good condition and cannot be returned. Bacchus International, Inc. is not liable for items damaged by the freight forwarder.
Wine Policy
Our mission is to provide wines that have been cared for under strict temperature controlled conditions. We ship our wines only by reefer container; store by refrigerated warehouse; and, guarantee the authenticity of the products. In order for us to maintain these standards we must insist on a strict no return no exchange policy - as soon as wines have left our cellars.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled and/or revised only before shipment.
Delivery Policy
Orders received via www.bacchusepicerie.com will be delivered by our partner courier, Airspeed. Only orders with cleared payments will be released from the warehouse. No payment, no delivery.

The client holds responsibility in keeping his or her personal and financial information.
