Grana Padano is a Italian cheese that originated in Po Valley, it is a hard, crumbly textured cheese made with milk that is semi skimmed. It can be grated to be used on pasta sauces like Cacio e Pepe or carbonara, Risottos and garnish. Store in chiller or refrigerator for added longevity.
