The "Fruttato" extra virgin olive oil comes from the experience of the DE CECCO family who personally takes care of the selection. It is obtained from high quality olives harvested in slight advance of maturation. Green in color with golden yellow reflections, it is characterized by the intense and persistent scent of cut grass. On the palate an intense and full-bodied taste prevails.

IN THE KITCHEN: It is ideal eaten raw on toasted bread, salads, carpaccio, grilled meats and hot soups.
