Our pizza dough is freshly made with Caputo 00 flour, Caputo Criscito starter, salt and yeast. It is perfect for your home-made pizzas.
To achieve the high quality pizza base, kindly follow the instructions:
First, transfer the frozen dough to refrigerator and thaw overnight.
Second, let the thawed dough rise and relax at room temperature 8 hours before use with the container cover partially lifted.
Third, once in room temperature the dough should be soft and pillowy.
Then it is ready to be kneaded and stretched.
Cook pizza at 400OC for 5-6 minutes in the Gferrari pizza maker or any electric or gas powered oven available at home.
