Surgiva’s water is sourced from a high-altitude spring surrounded by a pristine environment. It comes directly from the heart of the Adamello Brenta National Park, Trentino (Italy).
With a dry residue of only 0.041 g/l, Surgiva is an extremely light water, with a very low mineral content and a neutral fl avour, which does not alter the taste of the foods and wines that it accompanies.
Surgiva is ideal for low-sodium diets and for consumption by children. Its extremely low nitrate content is indicative of the extraordinary purity of the spring.
