Delivery within METRO MANILA ONLY.
Cannelloni frozen in IQF (frozen individually) stuffed with soft ricotta and spinach. Perfect to be prepared in a pan with béchamel and meat sauce, mushroom or cheese sauces.
HOW TO COOK:
1. Preheat oven at 350F or 160C.
2. Choose a ready made pasta sauce or make your own tomato or Bechamel sauce.
3. Place a layer of sauce covering the bottom of your dish.
4. Spread a layer of canneloni tubes on top of the sauce.
5. Cover the cannelloni with more sauce (fully cover).
6. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and top the cannelloni with shredded Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle also Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
8. Return to oven for 15 minutes to melt cheese.
9. Serve and enjoy (yum yum).
