Spaghetti alla Chitarra also known as "Maccheroni Alla Chitarra" is made with durum wheat semolina, eggs & salt and soft-wheat flour type "00". The shape resembles guitar strings with a square section 2-3mm thick.
HOW TO COOK:
(1) Simply drop frozen pasta in salted boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
